50-Ohm GaN RF Input-Matched Transistor: QPD1000

Qorvo offers a wideband, 28 V, 50-Ohm input-matched RF transistor that is ideal for commercial and defense communications applications. This device has an integrated matching network that allows for wideband gain and power performance, while the output is simultaneously matched to optimize power and efficiency for any region within the band.
The input matched transistor features power output of 24 W at 1 GHz, has CW & pulsed operation capability, and comes in a small, 5 x 6 mm leadless SMT package. All Qorvo devices are lead-free and ROHS compliant.
Additional features include:
- Frequency range: 0.03 - 1.215 GHz
- Linear gain: 19 dB typical at 1 GHz
- Typical PAE3dB: 78.2% at 1 GHz
- Operating voltage: 28V
- Low thermal resistance package
