60 – 90 GHz E-band Low-Noise Power Amplifier: AFB-E27HP-01 Datasheet

The AFB-E27HP-01 is an ultra-broadband, low-noise power amplifier (LNPA) that covers the millimeter-wave E-band (60 – 90 GHz) for applications such as research, telecommunications, astronomy, remote sensing and imaging, and test and medical instrumentation. The amplifier employs GaAs HEMT Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) technology while operating from a single bias supply ranging from 5 Vdc to 12 Vdc with an internal voltage regulator and bias sequencing circuitry that draws 250 mA of DC current.
