Broadband RF Power Amplifier: 80 MHz to 6000 MHz

The 7005 Broadband RF Power Amplifier operates in the 80 to 6000 MHz frequency range through three separate channels. Channel 1 covers 80 to 1000 MHz with a 280W (typ) saturated output power. Channel 2 covers 100 to 2500 MHz with an 80W (typ) output power. Channel 3 covers the 2500 to 6000 MHz with 50W (typ) saturated output power.
