Broadband RF Power Amplifier: 20 MHz to 1000 MHz

Ophir RF’s 7011 is a solid state broadband high power RF amplifier covering the 20 MHz to 1000 MHz range. It has a 500W (typ) @Psat @20 to 230 MHz, and a 150W (typ) @Psat @230 to 1000 MHz. Additionally, this amplifier has -15 dBc (typ) harmonics, and >-60 dBc (typ) spurious signals. Additional information can be found on the available datasheet.
