Model HP 4268A is a capacitance meter designed for testing high value multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) designs that span 10 µF to 100 µF. The meter features ALC function that automatically adjusts to the voltage applied to the DUT. It also provides signal levels of 1V RMS (to 70 µF) and 0.5 V RMS (to 140 µF) at 1 kHz.
