MtronPTI offers the new M2700 and M2702 Series Clock Oscillators engineered with PLL technology, offering the advantage of programming to any frequency without compromising the system performance. These oscillators also feature outstanding performance and stability over the entire temperature range.
With models available in CMOS or LVPECL/LVDS differential output versions housed in 6-pad 5.0 x 7.0 mm leadless ceramic packages, the M2700 and M2702 Series can be used for base station controllers, 10G reference, NIC card, Ethernet, and test and measurement applications.
M2700 and M2701 Key Features:
- 7 x 5 mm Ceramic Surface-mount CMOS output
- 3.3 V or 2.5 V
- Up to 250 MHz operation
- Up to +/-20 ppm stability over -40 to +85°C
- Less than 1 ps max RMX jitter (12k-20M)
M2702 and M2703 Key Features:
- 7 x 5 mm Ceramic Surface-mount LVPECL/LVDS output
- 3.3 V or 2.5 V
- Up to 800 MHz operation
- Up to +/-20 ppm stability over -40 to +85°C
- Less than 1 ps max RMX jitter (12k-20M)
