Skyworks offers the SKYFR-001692 and the SKYFR-001657 as the newest models in the family of mini circulators for 5G infrastructure. These ultra-compact, high performance circulators demonstrate unique capabilities to enhance network efficiency and deliver higher capacity with greater coverage.
The SKYFR-001692 is a single-junction, surface-mount circulator ideal for wireless infrastructure and power-amplifier applications. This robust lead circulator operates over the 3400 MHz to 3600 MHz frequency range with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. It is enclosed in an industry-standard surface-mount package and is designed for automated SMT placement.
