DC-28 GHz GaAs pHEMT MMIC Power Amplifier: HMC994APM5E Datasheet

The new HMC994APM5E is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC distributed wideband power amplifier that is ideal for test instrumentation, military, space, and fiber optics applications. With a positive gain slope from 2 to 20 GHz, the HMC994APM5E is also ideal for electronic warfare, ECM, and test equipment applications. It requires a supply voltage of 10 V while consuming up to 250 mA of current, and is available in a leadless QFN 5 x 5 mm surface mount package.
