Front-End Solutions for LTE Platforms
Skyworks offers a family of LTE devices comprised of power amplifier modules and front-end modules for a suite of scalable and reconfigurable front-end system solutions for a variety of emerging communications markets.
Power Amplifiers:
The first entry in this series is the SKY77643 – a multimode, multiband power amplifier module that operates efficiently in WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and LTE modes. It features a hybrid PA architecture and comes in a 4.0 x 6.8 x 0.8mm package with a 42-pad configuration.
The SKY77824 is a power amplifier module for LTE and EUTRAN applications, and for integration into handsets and data cards. It covers the 2.3 GHz to 2.69 GHz frequency range and comes in a 4.0 x 3.65 x 0.8 mm, 28-pad configuration package.
Front-End Modules:
The SKY77916 is a Tx-Rx FEM for cellular handsets encompassing quad-band GSM/EDGE, dual-band TD-SCMDA, and TDD LTE applications. It comes in 5.5 x 5.3 x 0.8mm package with a 38-pad configuration and has several notable features, including a wide GSMK input power range, Tx harmonics below -40dBm, an integrated noise-suppression notch filter for WiFi coexistence, a SP16T ASM, and more.
Lastly, the SKY77910 is another Tx-Rx front-end module sharing many of the same specifications as the SKY77916 but includes a SP10T switch.
