Ciao Wireless' Model CA56-G411 is a GaN based amplifier optimized for standard Weather Radar applications among other radar types, with frequency coverage from 5.5 to 5.7 GHz. This GaN Amplifier model has 35 dB of gain with +36 dBm Output Power at the 1 dB Compression Point and with up to +38 dBm of Saturated Output Power from a +28VDC supply. The Ciao design is balanced and features very good input and output VSWR (2.0:1 MAX) and is unconditionally stable over all conditions. This GaN Amplifier features Ciao Wireless' standard hi-rel production standards and is made for use in all Applications both commerical and military.
