GaN Power Amplifiers: TGA2312-CP Datasheet

The TGA2312-CP is an X-band distributed GaN power amplifier that operates from 9-10 GHz, provides 48 dBm of saturated output power, and has 13 dB of small gain. The device is packaged in a CuW-base, flanged package for superior thermal management, and is ideally suited for commercial and military radar, communications, and electronic warfare.
