GaN Power Amplifiers: TGA2590-CP Datasheet

The TGA2590-CP is a C-band distributed GaN power amplifier that operates from 6.0-12.0 GHz, provides 30 W of saturated output power, and has over 22 dB of large signal gain. The device is available in a low-cost plastic surface mold QFN package, and is ideally suited C-band radar, and communications.
