0.5 – 18 GHz 10W GaN Switch: TGS2353-2-SM Datasheet

The TGS2353-2-SM is a SPDT reflective GaN switch operating in the 0.5 – 18 GHz frequency range. This switch provides up to 10W input power handling, and maintains a low insertion loss of 1.5 dB or less, and a typical -30 dB isolation. This switch is housed in a 4 x 4 mm ceramic, air-cavity QFN package.
