HyCap Series Hybrid Capacitors Datasheet

The HyCap series capacitors are composed of sintered tantalum anodes and ruthenium oxide coated cathodes operating in aqueous electrolyte. These capacitors are designed to operate reliably in extreme shock and vibration environments and for operation in environments of up to 200°C. Download the datasheet for more information.
