Ku-Band High Power CW Amplifier: AMP5064, 100W Rated Ideal TWT Replacement Datasheet

The AMP5064 Ku-Band (13.75-14.5GHz, 100W) is a ruggedized Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that replaces the aging TWT technology.

Used for communications and other broadband applications, the AMP5064 features class A/AB design, 50dB gain, and excellent P1dB power/gain flatness as compared to TWT’s. The module provides current and temperature sensing for superb reliability and application ruggedness in a compact lightweight configuration. Type N-Female RF output is standard with optional WR62 Waveguide.
