CPI’s Beverly Microwave Division presents the VSL3679 8.0 kW pulsed solid state power amplifier module operating in the L-band. This high efficiency, high power, compact amplifier is highly efficient, easy to maintain, and is designed to easily create high power C-band radar transmitters.
The VSL3679 module features a rack mount, modular assembly, and a single-phase AC power with local or remote control. This versatile GaN device is suitable for lab environments and for use in a variety of test and measurement applications.
