This LNA features an ultra-low noise figure, a single supply voltage of +4.0 V @ 75 mA, and high gain broadband performance. It comes in a Pb-free RoHs compliant 3x3 QFN package and is ideal for applications involving test instrumentation, point-to-point radios, point-to-multipoint radios, and military end-use.
The CMD185P3 broadband MMIC low noise amplifier is particular ideal in electronic warfare and communications systems that require an amplifier with a small size and low power consumption. This LNA provides greater than 15 dB of gain with a 1 dB output compression point of +15 dBm and a noise figure of 1.9 dB. For more information, download the datasheet.
