High-Linearity, Low-Noise Amplifiers
6/6/2010
The Ciao Wireless High Linearity LNAs eclipse the industry accepted standard "10-dB separation rule" ("headroom") for Output ICP3 separation above the 1-dB Compression Point. Ciao Wireless' Ultra-High Linearity LNAs feature an extended headroom of typically 16 to 17 dB between the 1-dB Compression Point and Output 3rd Order ICP. Typical Output 3rd Order ICP values range up to +42dBm for Octave Band Models with an Output P1-dB Point of +22 to +25 dBm.
