Qorvo’s QPA9126 is a high linearity gain block amplifier providing very flat gain across a broad range of frequencies with the integration of a shut-down biasing capability to allow for operation for TDD applications. At 3.5 GHz, the QPA9126 amplifier provides 16 dB gain, +35.5 dBm OIP3 and 1.4 dB noise figure while drawing 70 mA current from a 5V supply. The QPA9127 amplifier provides 20 dB gain, +35.5 dBm OIP3 and 1.4 dB noise figure while drawing 70 mA current from a 5V supply at 3.5 GHz.

he QPM2637 is a Gallium Nitride MMIC front-end module (FEM) designed for X-Band radar applications within the 9-10.5 GHz range. The MMIC combines a T/R switch, low-noise amplifier, and a power amplifier. The receive path has dual-outputs which offer 21dB gain and 2.7dB noise figure. The transmit path delivers 4W of saturated power with 23dB large signal gain. The FEM is robust up to 4W of input power into the ANT port eliminating the need for a limiter.

The QPL9503 from Qorvo is a flat-gain, high-linearity, ultra-low-noise amplifier (LNA) optimized for the 3.0 – 6.0 GHz frequency range. At the 5.5 GHz frequency mark, this LNA typically provides 21.6dB gain, 45.5 dBm OIP3 at 56 nM bias setting, and 0.95 dB noise figure. Biasing is also possible from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3 to 5 volts.
