SATCOM Ku Band Upconverter: ADMV4630 Datasheet

The ADMV4630 is a Ku band upconverter optimized for various satellite communication (SATCOM) user terminals that operate in the 14.0 GHz to 14.5 GHz frequency range.

The upconverter comes in a compact, thermally enhanced, 6 mm × 6 mm, 40-lead lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP). The ADMV4630 operates over the −40°C to +85°C case temperature range. Download the datasheet for additional product details and specifications.
