The RFFM8250Q is a single pole triple throw (SP3T) SOI switch + LNA module with bypass mode. It is designed to be able to switch between automotive WiFi 802.11b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth system operations. This device comes in a 1.75 x 1.75 x 0.5mm, 10-pin QFN package, and is a 2.5GHz ISM band solution for automotive applications. Download the datasheet for more features and specifications.
