Measuring PCIe jitter has never been easier with our PCIe Clock Jitter Tool. Users can quickly and easily take accurate RMS phase jitter measurements on PCIe Gen1/2/3/4/5/6 reference clocks in common clock, SNRS, and SRIS architectures.

The software tool is provided in an executable format to support standard input waveform files, such as as .csv, .wfm and .bin, obtained from most test and measurement equipment makers.

The easy-to-use GUI provides helpful tips and guide users through a step-by-step selection and waveform upload process. Compliance analysis results are provided in a simple and easy-to-read format and can be saved as PDF files.
