The TQP9111 is a high efficiency two-stage power amplifier that operates from 1.8 – 2.7 GHz, provides 2 W of saturated output power, and has 32.5 dB of gain. The amplifier is available in a 4x4 mm leadless SMT package, and is ideally suited for wireless infrastructure, repeaters, boosters, das, Pico and Macro base stations, and FDD or TDD applications.
