This low noise amplifier (LNA) is ideal for applications involving radar, short haul/high capacity links, sensors, millimeter-wave imaging RC chains, and other applications where broad bandwidth and good return loss are important.
The ALH495 Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) operates in the 80 to 100 GHz frequency range. It has a 16 dB (typ) linear gain, a balanced input and output, <5.5 sq. mm. die size, 2 VDC @ 50 mA DC power, and more. The LNA version of the ALH495 has a 4.5 dB max noise figure, and the gain block option has a 5.5 dB max noise figure.
