Gain Block Amplifiers

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Guerrilla RF offers the GRF2003 broadband, low noise linear gain block amplifier ideally suited for small cell, wireless infrastructure, and other high performance RF applications such as those with microwave backhaul, C/X-band amplifiers, general purpose amplifiers, and instrumentation. Single match RF performance is rated over the 0.5 to 10.0 GHz frequency range, but the device may operate down to 100 MHz with optimized external components.

Atlanta Micro’s AM1018 is a cascadable gain block amplifier with 13 dB gain, a 2.5 dB noise figure, +35 dBm OIP3, +18/+21 dBm P1db, a 3.3V, 84 mA/+5.0V, 106 mA supply, a -40C to +85C operating temperature, and unconditional stability. It’s operational to +1.7V and comes in a 3mm QFN package.

The 40MHz - 2600MHz Flat Gain High Linearity Gain Block: MGA-30889 from Avago Technologies is a broadband, flat gain, high linearity gain block MMIC amplifier achieved through the use of Avago Technologies’ proprietary 0.25um GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT process.

Atlanta Micro’s AM1024 is a high dynamic, cascadable gain block amplifier that covers the 20 MHz to 6 GHz range and comes in a 3mm QFN package. It can be powered by either a +3.3VDC or +5.0VDC power supply and features flat gain (20 dB) and a noise figure of 2.0/3.3 dB.

Celeritek’s CGB7289-SC is a single stage, high power, high dynamic range, utility gain block amplifier. It is designed as a broad band amplifier from 0.1 to 2.5 GHz

GRF2010 is a broadband gain block with exceptional gain flatness for small cell, wireless infrastructure and other high performance applications.

MGA-30689 is a flat gain, high linearity, low noise, 22dBm Gain Block with good OIP3 achieved.
