Broadband RF Power Amplifier: 5 MHz to 1000 MHz

The 5322 broadband RF power amplifier is small, lightweight, and designed for lab environments. It operates in the 5 to 1000 MHz frequency range and has a 15 W (typ) saturated output power. This amplifier has a +43 dB (min) small signal gain, +45 dBm (typ) IP₃, -20 dBc (typ) harmonics @ 5 watts, and <-60 dBc (typ) spurious signals @ 5 watts.
