GaN Low-Noise Amplifiers
The new Low-Noise Amplifiers from TriQuint cover the 2-12 GHz frequency range. These three models of amplifiers provide high overall electrical performance, and a high level of input power robustness to allow for more flexibility in designing the receive chain circuit protection.
These low-noise amplifiers are constructed on the TriQuint TQGaN25 0.25 µm GaN on SiC process, and each model is available in a low cost, surface mount 20-lead 4 x 4 mm QFN package. These modules have integrated DC blocking caps on both RF ports, and are fully matched to 50 ohms. Typical applications include radar and communications in commercial and military markets. All devices are lead-free and RoHS compliant, and evaluation boards are available upon request.
