GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/Compass Low-Noise Amplifier: SKY65623-682LF
The SKY65623-682LF is a microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) low-noise amplifier (LNA) designed to provide high linearity, small linear gain, out-of-band IIIP3 of -11.5 dBm, and a low current consumption of 1 mA typical. Optimized to operate within the 1559 to 1606 MHz frequency range, the front-end LNA is ideal for GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/Compass radio receiver applications, and those using smartwatches, personal asset trackers, action cameras, and personal navigation devices.
The SKY65623-682LF is manufactured with advanced SiGe BiCMOS technology. It offers a highly manufacturable and low-cost solution through the use of surface mount technology (SMT) in the form of a 5-pin, 0.8 x 0.8 mm Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package.
