Skyworks introduces the new family of LTE broadband low-noise amplifier (LNA) modules for low, mid, and high and ultra-high band frequencies. Featuring high gain, low noise, excellent return loss and bypass modes, these LNAs optimize designs for best overall system level performance depending on RF signal conditions. Ideal uses include global cellular and M2M applications.
Key features include:
- Optimized gain performance for best RF reception
- Low noise figure for improved handset sensitivity
- Operability at 1.8 V and 2.8 V supply for reduced current consumption
- Compact, 6-pin, dual flat no lead (DFN) packages (1.1 x 0.7 x 0.55)
