MMIC (75 ohm)

RFHIC's MMIC(Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) product line is built from either GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) structure or GaAs Metal Epitaxial Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MESFET) structure. All devices are SMT devices with very competitive pricing, and have three package types available : SOT-89 and SOIC-8. Each package layout and dimensions can be found from each device datasheets or the package info document. Most of the devices work from DC to 4GHz range. All RFHIC MMIC products are ROHS compliant and are using green packages to help the environment.
