The 1900 - 6000 MHz, 200 W amplifier employs advanced broadband RF matching networks and combining techniques, EMI/RFI filters, and qualified components for exceptional performance, long-term reliability, and high efficiency in operation.
The SKU 2215 amplifier utilizes high power LDMOS devices that provide wide frequency response, high gain, high peak power capability, and low distortions. It includes a built-in control and monitoring system, protection functions, and remote management and diagnostics. The control system core runs an embedded OS (Linux), has a built-in non-volatile memory for event recording and factory setup recover features.
