50 MHz – 20 GHz Ultra-Broadband High-Performance Amplifier: Model BBA-0005-20000
The new Model BBA-0005-20000 ultra-broadband amplifier designed to cover the 50 MHz to 20 GHz frequency range in a single unit for applications in test measurement, electronic countermeasures, scientific research, as well as communication equipment. This new model draws only 180 mA from a 12V DC supply, exhibits 27 dBm third order intercept and output VSWR down to 1.5:1, and features a reverse isolation of 60 dB.
The BBA-0005-20000 amplifier has a 25 dB gain, delivers up to 18 dB at 1 dB compression, and has a typical noise figure of only 1.8 dB. The included connectors are SMA female, and the gold-plated housing measures at 1.18 x 1.58 x 0.47 inches with an overall weight less than 160 g. This ultra-broadband amplifier is able to withstand altitudes up to 60,000 feet, vibrations up to 25 g RMS, and relative humidity of 100% at 35°C.
