Ultra-Low Noise Bypass LNAs: TQL9063 (1-Stage) & TQL9065 (2-Stage)

Qorvo offers high-linearity, ultra-low noise gain block amplifiers with integrated bypass mode functionality. With a 1-stage model and a 2-stage model, these LNAs are ideal for a wide range of applications including base station receivers, tower mount amplifiers, repeaters, FDD-LTE, TDD-LTE, WCDMA, and general purpose wireless systems.
The TQL9063 is a 1-stage model covering the 1.5 – 4.0 GHz band with a typical 19 dB gain, +36.3 dBm OIP3, and 0.7 dB noise figure while drawing 77 mA current from a +5 V supply. The TQL9065 is a 2-stage model covering the 1.5 – 3.8 GHz band and providing 36 dB gain, +35 dBm OIP3, and 0.5 dB noise figure while drawing 160 mA current from a +5 V supply. Both models are internally matched through an E-pHEMT process, and contain an internal active bias to maintain high-performance over temperature.
