350 Watt CW 0.7-6.0 GHz Solid-State Amplifier: 350S1G6
AR’s 350S1G6 is a solid-state broadband amplifier covering the 0.7 to 6.0 GHz frequency range. When used with a sweep generator, this Class A, self-contained, air-cooled amplifier provides a minimum of 350 watts RF power. The low level of spurious signals and linearity make it ideal for use as a driver amplifier in testing wireless and communication components and subsystems.
The 350S1G6 features a front panel gain control which permits the operator to conveniently set the desired output level. The device is also equipped with an RF input leveling circuit that protects it from RF input overdrive. It can be used as a test instrument covering multiple frequency bands, and is suitable for a variety of communication technologies such as CDMA, W-CDMA, TDMA, and GSM. It is also suitable for EMC testing applications where undistorted modulation envelopes are desired.
