The QPF4538 is an integrated front end module (FEMs) with a compact form factor and integrated matching that minimizes the layout area in Wi-Fi 802.11 a/n/ac system applications. With a reduced need for external components, this FEM integrates a 5 GHz power amplifier (PA), a single pole double throw (SPDT) switch, and a bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA).
