2.4 GHz ZigBee®/Thread/Bluetooth® Smart Front End RFIC: BFM4120
Berex offers the BFM4120 compact, multi-function Front-End RFIC (Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit) designed for 802.15.4 ZigBee™/ Thread, Bluetooth® Smart, and ISM wireless protocol systems in the 2.4 GHz band. The device combines a transmit power amplifier, receive low noise amplifier, a single-pole double-throw transmit/receive switch.
The BFM4120 is optimized for battery operation with enhanced efficiency, operating over a wide voltage supply range from 1.8 V to 3.6 V. It also comes integrated with filter networks and input/output matching circuitry and delivers up to +21 dBm saturated output power at a supply voltage of 3.3 V. Suitable applications include IoT, M2M connectivity, smart homes and appliances, drones, factory automation, other wireless network applications.
