SAW, BAW & NoDrift™ Filters

Qorvo offers a series of SAW, BAW, or NoDrift™ filters and duplexers for a variety of wireless applications. These devices are housed in a ceramic chip-scale package (CSP), or a hermetic ceramic surface mount package (SMP) with industry-leading small sizes. With features such as high rejection, high attenuation, and low loss, these filters are suitable for many automotive applications including Wi-Fi, LTE, SDARS coexistence, CDMA, WCDMA, AMPS, and GPS. All filters are RoHS compliant and lead-free.

Switches and Switch + LNA Modules

Qorvo offers a series of single pole triple throw (SP3T) SOI switches and switches + LNA modules for automotive WiFi, automotive data and diagnostics, infotainment, key fob, IEEE802.11b/g/n/ac WiFi, and 2.5 GHz ISM band applications. Four models are available; two of them are WiFi switches, and two of them are WiFi switches with a low noise amplifier (LNA) in a front end module (FEM). With an ultra-small form factor and integrated matching, the number of external components and layout area in the customer applications, as well as the bill of materials, system footprint, and manufacturing cost are greatly reduced.

High-Linearity 2.5 GHz Front-End Modules (FEMs)

Qorvo presents a new series of high-linearity 2.5 GHz Front-End Modules (FEMs) built for automotive Wi-Fi applications, 802.11b/g/n, and Bluetooth® systems. These devices feature integrated b/g/n power amplifiers, directional power detectors, RX balun, and TX filtering. Each FEM contains an ultra-small form factor and integrated matching that greatly reduces the number of external components and layout area in the customer application.

High-Linearity 5 GHz Front-End Modules: RFFM8500Q

The RFFM8500Q is a 4.9GHz - 5.85GHz high-linearity Front End Module (FEM) integrated with a power amplifier (PA), a single pole double throw (SPDT) switch, an LNA and a power detector coupler to improve accuracy and meet RF front end needs for an IEEE 802.11 a/n WiFi system.
