1. 0.1 To 6.0 GHz InGaP HBT, MMIC Or Packaged, Matched Gain Block Amplifier 10/29/2004

2. 20 MHz to 6 GHz Gain Block Amplifier: AM1024 12/26/2014

   Atlanta Micro’s AM1024 is a high dynamic, cascadable gain block amplifier that covers the 20 MHz to 6 GHz range and comes in a 3mm QFN package. It can be powered by either a +3.3VDC or +5.0VDC power supply and features flat gain (20 dB) and a noise figure of 2.0/3.3 dB.

3. 20 MHz to 8 GHz Gain Block Amplifier: AM1022 12/11/2014

   Atlanta Micro’s AM1022 is an unconditionally stable gain block amplifier covering the 20 MHz to 8 GHz frequency range. It features 13 dB gain, a 2.0 dB noise figure, +24 dBm OIP3, +12/+15 dBm P1dB, and a 1.8V, 26 mA or +3.3V, 45 mA power supply.

4. 20 MHz to 8 GHz Gain Block Amplifier: AM1023 12/15/2014

   This gain block amplifier covers the 20 MHz to 8 GHz frequency range. It exhibits flat gain (19 dB), a 2.5 dB noise figure, and unconditional stability over the -40C to +85C operating temperature range. It comes in a 3mm QFN package and is operational to 1.7V.

5. GPS Line Amplifiers 9/17/2015

   The range of line amplifiers from GPS Networking operates in the GPS L1, L2, L5, GLONASS, and Galileo frequency bands with excellent gain flatness. These amplifiers are configured with one input and one output, with a nominal gain block of 20, 25, or 30 dB.

   Atlanta Micro’s AM1016 is a cascadable gain block amplifier with 14 dB gain, a 2.0 dB noise figure, +30 dBm OIP3, +17 dBm P1db, a 3.3V, 48 mA supply, a -40C to +85C operating temperature, and unconditional stability. It’s operational to +1.7V and comes in a 3mm QFN package.

8. High Linearity Gain Block Amplifiers With Broadband Compressed Output Power 2/8/2016

   Guerrilla RF Inc. offers two new models of high linearity gain block amplifiers featuring a combination of simple-application schematics, flat gain, and high compressed output power with operation in the DC to 4 GHz frequency range.
